Bought this after a Goretex jacket almost killed me. Goretex does not dry out unless the humidity outside the jacket is less than inside. Which means that if it gets wet and its raining, you are going to stay very wet. I got some water (maybe a couple tablespoons) down the neck and was wet the rest of the day. Would not dry out. Still sick and recovering from that. Unlike the Grundens bibs that I use which have never let me down. With PVC commercial rain gear of you get water inside and the sun comes out, they dry quickly.If you plan on putting this over a jacket buy your normal size. Grundens are made to be large and go over all of your layers. If you want it to fit as a normal jacket would buy one size smaller than normal.Wonderful comfortable jacket. Should fit real well with my Grundens Hercules bibs in green. Glad I'm not in a fashion show...Has neoprene cuffs which are very nice.If they made this in a lime green or even a regular orange I would have given it 5 stars.I was not compensated in any way for this review.Only thing that’s holds up to Whittier Alaska’s harsh ass weather conditions. Grundens has the market right now. I knew it didn’t have a zipper going into the purchase but I wish it had a nice big zipper instead of the double flap snaps. Other than that it’s the most savage piece of rain gear I’ve ever had.I like this company but this jacket doesn't match the size. It was just small everywhere. So I got me a different style.Great for fishing SE Alaska. These jackets have very great for windy weather. If your body temperature is usually hot, I’d recommend going with something a littleMore light weight. Great jacket overall. I would recommend to any commercial fisherman.Very dry gear and the sleeve cuffs keep the water out!Husband loved the jacket, would order it again.Works as advertised
