I'll start with the Cons:- Taking links out of the bracelet was more difficult than it should've been. For some reason they use tiny metal rings that secure the pins in place. Real pain, and something I've never seen before.- The mineral crystal is gives out a bit of glare making visibility difficult at certain angles.-Lastly, (imo) Citizen should've come out with more dial choices for this watch.Now to what makes this watch an incredible value:- Although, changing the links was a struggle, this is the best metal strap you will get on a watch around this price. Solid end links makes this bracelet sturdy and very comfortable. The design of the watch is very clean and with pilot, and military motif, a handsome timepiece. The movement is true to Citizen, it is crisp on the pushers and accurate (shouldn't expect less from Citizen). Lume is average, which is expected for this design and price point. Overall, this is one of the best watches you can possibly buy with $130. You get outstanding quality, clean and versatile design with a great chronograph function, very legible (even in the dark), Comfortable on the wrist, and perfect proportions. If you are looking for a watch that you can wear on almost any occasion, or just looking for a great chronograph to add to your collection, this is the watch you are looking for at this incredible price.I’ve had a few Citizen watches and they’ve all worked flawlessly for more than a decade. Have been looking for months for an Eco Drive that’s tough and not the size of a sundial. Bought this one for its size in anticipation of my 15-yr old promaster dive watch giving up (BTW, there’s no hint of that yet). Really wanted another promaster but unfortunately they’re huge now. This watch: VERY NICE BAND, best I’ve had with a solid heft to it. But, the dial is not easy to read at times from glare and I find it has to be tipped a bit to see the smaller unpainted hands especially. Quite disappointed on readability. The similar Citizen watch with brown leather strap and blue face is completely opposite from a readability viewpoint. I’m actually considering swapping the bands and keeping both watches. The other factor I’m considering is how durable the mineral crystal will be. My current promaster with sapphire crystal finally got scratched after 15 years and that’s quite a record when considering I’m in the heavy equipment construction business. Verdict: nice looking but not as awe inspiring as my 3 promasters.I love watches , but because my manufacturing job doesn't allow rings or watches while working. I have not worn a watch for years. The few I had were all not working. Needed batteries, I'm sure. But I have missed wearing a nice timepiece . So when I happened to see this deal I couldn't resist. The watch came packaged well with protective plastic on band and face. When my wife opened it the day it arrived, it was working. I have since set time ,date and I Love it. It's a beautiful , good weight and so far is keeping time very well. Maybe a start to a few more.Good solid handsome watch, easy to set and operate. I have only had for a week so am unable to assess the watch's scratch resistance. Seems to be reasonably accurate, I am guessing +/- less than a second per day, but I am not sure what one should expect of a watch of this caliber. Smaller hands fade into the background in lower light conditions, but that is not a biggie for me. It has the potential to be a five star, time will tellThis watch looks great and feels heavy the way you want a watch to feel. So far i am impressed will write back on wearThe band is very comfortable and certainly every day wearable. This will be your every day dress casual whatever watch. It is accurate at keeping time and the functionality of the stop watch ect is usfull more than you’d think. Outstanding fit and finish and You won’t find a higher quality time piece at this price. This watch caught my eye because it is classy yet modest and not too flashy.
