The unit reversed inside the housing. The controls do not correspond to actual rotating units. Poor assembly.Bought one of these from Amazon to replace another older watch winder that is wearing out. This unit it looks great. The pillows and how the watching fit in it is excellent. The digital controls are nice and easy to use with just one quirk. That quirk is in how they are wired. The left controller controls the top and 2nd row. The right controller controls the bottom row. Would have been much more logical to have the left controller control the left side and the right controller control the right side. This is really no issue.What is an issue is this unit being advertised as having "low noise motors" and running "<10 db." Both are very false advertisements. The motors are extremely loud, loudest I've ever hear in a watch winder. With one motor running, I measured 40 db and with 6 it was at 43 db. No where near the claimed < 10 db. It's about the same as having a refrigerator running. If you are looking for a nice unit to stick in a sealed closed or are deaf, this will work great for you. If you going to have it in a room you sleep in, would recommend to skip and find something else that runs a lot quieter. Mine was returned to Amazon due to the very false noise claims.Only flaw is if you lose power you have to reset all custom settings.Father's Day gift from my wife. Seller sent an opened item with its dust cover thrown in the top. Bigger deal is it's a 4 watch winder I ordered a 6 watch winder.The winder looks nice. The knob to close the case has fallen off multiple times. It is extremely loud and level of noise seems to vary on which watch is winding. One of the LEDs has begun to fail. I have owned the winder probably close to two years.
