Originally I did a search on amazon for CR1620 Cell and so many cells showed up,so I went for the best overall rating,checked the price and then purchased it.I then received the item and then realized the cell was larger than my original one.I guess by now you figured what happened, I received the CR2016 instead of the CR1620.So the cell batteries are useless for me and are sitting on my shelf.The thing that frustrates me is that when we do a search for something on the site all other models and numbers appear on the search results.I should've double checked the Cell number in my basket before purchasing.Hope this helps, so double check your basket to make sure you have the cell number that you searched for originally.I don't know why the Search mechanism at Amazon is not more sensitive.Previously I would have a watch repair store replace the battery but this time I decided to tackle it myself.The end result is I learned something (how to replace the battery) and was able to save quite a bit as the cost for these 2 batteries is way less than what I was paying to have someone do it.i purchased these batteries for my wrist watch - when i installed one , my watch did not start , thought my watch might be the problem but tested the battery - absolutely dead - tried the 2nd one with exactly the same result. the package says use by 2026 - it's only the beginning of " 2022 "Only received them not yet know re: durability or longevityUsed for a garage door opener remote--battery seems fresh and works fine.
