I wear a men's size 10 4E, and recently grew disenfranchised with Merrel. I bought these shoes primarily to try something different. I am VERY happy with these shoes! They do fit a little tight, but after break-in (about 10miles for me), they now fit like a glove (I definitely would NOT take these off in the middle of a hike because I'd never get them back on). My heels burrow-in nicely with this design, making a shoe horn a must when putting them on, else risk wearing-out the inside back from the rubbing. Overall, the design, traction, comfort, and (for now) durability, are great!
